Earthquake in Sichuan Province

Wieder mal etwas spannendes erlebt hier: Nach dem Mittag hier dachte ich mir waere schlecht aber auf einmal sahen wir dass die Vorhaenge sich bewegten und das immer wilder: Dann nach einer halben Minute war Evakuierung des Gebaeudes angesagt: Erdbeben. War natuerlich nur ein leichtes aber hatte bisher noch keines erlebt von daher schon spannend.
Und 32 Stockwerke runterlaufen war natuerlich auch extrem spannend, die Chinesen hatten alle Zeit der Welt und haben noch telefoniert auf der Treppe. Draussen war natuerlich Riesenalarm und tausende Leute draussen aber alles halb so wild - hatte nur einen Drehwurm vom runterlaufen.

Earthquake 7.8 in Sichuan Province

After the lunchbreak I thought I got sick, but then we realized that the curtain was actually moving and so was the whole building. So after a while everybody was walking down the stairs - from the 32nd floor !!!!!!!! GREAT !! Earthquake apparently but nobody knew, then downstairs there were thousands of people on the street from all the other buildings.
Then we found out that there was an earthquake in Sichuan Province and quite a heavy one - Sichuan Province is I dont know how far away but it must be some hundreds of kilometers. After an hour we were allowed to go back in the building. Crazy experience but no worries, everythings fine !!
